Cowboy Christmas - 10x10 Vendor Booth

We are excited to have you join us for Cowboy Christmas at Mt Hood Center. 

We will mark out your 10x10 vendor space for you!

Vendor Rules:

  • Doors open for set up at 11am.
  • Vendors must be fully set up by 10:45am.
  • See market map for your designated spot.

The ONLY loading zones are as follows, and will be clearly marked:

Ballroom Loading: Back of building Cafe Loading: On West side of building attendant will direct you. Please unload your vehicle in these zones only. Make sure your car is as close and parallel to the building/loading zone as possible to allow other cars to pass you. This is your chance to unload all your equipment to your vendor spot, not set up your booth. It should be a quick unloading session before you park, allowing other cars to pass as needed. Park in the gravel lot behind the main building. After parking, return to set up your booth.

Market hours are from 11am - 4pm.

  • Vendors may break down no earlier than 4pm.
  • If you have an emergency and must leave the market before 4pm you must notify our staff before leaving.
  • At the end of the market please break down all equipment first, clean your space if necessary, then retrieve your vehicle to load quickly for departure.
  • You should not be blocking any traffic while loading.
  • Remember the protocol for loading in, it is the same for loading out
